PARTS RETURN POLICY FOR WEBSITE ORDERS:
A customer wishing to return a part MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving the part to obtain authorization. The part should be shipped back to us in the original, unused condition and in its' original packaging within 7 days of the authorization. The part MUST be received in the original condition to qualify for return credit. The customer may choose the return shipping method most convenient to him and return shipping will be at his expense. A 25% restock fee applies to special order parts returned and will be subtracted from the credit given. This fee MAY be waived if a corrected part is ordered. The part's original shipping cannot be credited.

The internet shopping cart freight quote is a best estimate at the time of order. The UPS interface uses the distance of shipment and the weight & dimension of the items ordered to figure the shipping quote. Occasionally, the UPS interface with the shopping cart could be down or the item's weight & size may be unavailable to the cart from the vendor (possible examples: blades, gearboxes, gauge wheels, tractor cab glass, etc). While this situation is rare, it can happen. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you with an accurate freight amount, giving you the choice to continue with the order or cancel. While Haltom Equipment will try to work with our customers in these circumstances, we are not able to honor estimates created by the shopping cart that are grossly underestimated and beyond our control. Please keep in mind, if the freight amount looks "too good to be true", it may be. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.
- Reconfirm brand, line, year, and model and part numbers with our Parts Department if you are unsure before ordering. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and shipping is non-refundable. All returns require a return authorization number and must be received at our facility within 10 days of the issuance of the authorization to return. Please call our Parts Department to receive this authorization number. No parts are returnable after 30 days from the date of the order.

- Parts ordered with expedited shipping method selected, must be ordered by 11:00am Eastern Daylight Saving Time in order to be processed same day. Any orders received with expedited shipping requested after 11:00am may be shipped next day. Haltom's ability to expedite an order is directly affected by the manufacturer's cut off time for same day shipping.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed Friday evening thru the weekend will be processed on Monday. We close in observance of federal holidays. Please consider this when estimating your shipping date.
All Canadian orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with the cost based on the size, weight and destination of the package. Upon request, the customer will be notified of the cost before shipping by e-mail. Estimated package arrival time does not apply to Canadian orders. Any added taxes, fees or tariffs as a result of shipping outside the U.S. will be assumed by the customer.
UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box, so please have a valid street address to use when placing your order.
Drop shipment directly from the manufacturer can save time and is available for most of the brands we sell.

We do our best to ensure that the information in our parts look-up diagrams and listings is accurate, but when dealing with thousands of part numbers, it is possible for an error to occur. In this situation, Haltom Equipment reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any monies exchanged due to human error on the part of our vendor companies - suppliers of the parts look-up information.

- When parts are ordered online to pick-up in store, it may be necessary to charge inbound freight on non-stocking and special order parts. In these situations, inbound freight will be added to the shopping cart total and reflected on the final invoice.
Kioti is closed due to the year end inventory from November 28th thru December 6th. We will ship parts we have in stock within the shipping window time frame, but parts that need to be ordered from Kioti will be delayed due to the inventory shut down. We appreciate your patience during this time. Parts will ship as soon as we have them available, once Kioti's inventory has been completed.
